HPM Legrand End of Lease Make Good
Our brief for HPM Legrand was to completely restore the 1100m2 of warehouse, showroom and office space which had occupied fby the company for 20 years to original mint condition. Before any work commenced we prepared a detailed Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations which documented all works required, the costs and time frame.

The project included:
- Strip out of internal partitions to restore to original layout
- Strip out of redundant power and data cabling in ceiling and walls
- Reconfiguration of lighting and power to original base building specifications
- Repainting of all remaining walls and ceilings
- Removal of redundant air conditioning units and ducting
- Servicing and cleaning of base building air conditioning system
- Replacing damaged roof sheeting from air conditioning ducts and cabling
- Replacing ceiling tiles and making good the ceiling grid
- Removal of existing carpet and replacing with new in office areas
- Grinding and resealing of warehouse floors
- High pressure cleaning of warehouse walls
- Replacement of kitchen cabinets
- Replacement of damaged tiles in bathrooms to match existing
- Thoroughly cleaning entire area, including blinds, toilets and glass
